Request routing

Explain your needs first, then reach the right support queue

Node selection, rental planning, Thunderbolt 5 clustering, bulk cloud Macs, billing checks, and existing-order issues all have a clear entry point here. For a new order, compare the two configurations first; for an existing order, sign in to the console and submit a ticket.

Step 1 · Choose a queue

What would you like to ask about?

All six issue types remain visible. After you choose one, the page recommends a channel and email subject without hiding other options. For running devices, connection interruptions, or billing discrepancies, a console ticket can link the order automatically and usually enters troubleshooting faster than regular email.

Step 2 · Organize your information

Generate a support email ready to process

The form organizes your content only in this browser. After submission, it opens your system email app and sends the message to support@rentmymini.com. The page does not submit these fields through any other channel.

At least 20 characters. Add screenshots after your email app opens, and remove sensitive information first.
After all required fields are completed, the page will generate the email subject and body.
Existing orders

For running devices, submit a console ticket first

Connection failures, device status, credential validity, node access, and billing issues should be handled through a ticket from the relevant order. The system can link the order and node, reducing back-and-forth confirmation.

  • Order number and device name
  • Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, or Hong Kong node
  • Time of occurrence and time zone
  • Reproduction steps and redacted screenshots
Before submitting

Do not send secrets by email or ticket

To reduce exposure risk, describe the issue with field names, an error summary, and redacted screenshots. Do not copy complete authentication material.

  • Login passwords and recovery codes
  • SSH private keys, API keys, and access tokens
  • Certificate private keys and signing passphrases
  • Complete payment credentials or card security codes
Be specific and avoid another round of questions

What information should each request include?

A processable email does not need to be long, but it must answer: “What are you trying to do, what are you planning to choose, and where did the issue occur?” Use the fields below as a ready-made email outline.

Pre-sales and bulk rental

Describe the workload before discussing the configuration

Specify tasks such as Xcode cloud builds, TestFlight distribution, automated app packaging, MLX inference, or GPU Mac rendering, along with the number of projects running concurrently.

Quantity
Single device or bulk device count
Configuration
RentMini M4 16 or RentMini M4 24
Region
Target location among the four nodes
Duration
Daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly
Technical support

Describe the fault as a timeline

Record the last successful action first, then provide the time of occurrence, error text, network egress, connection method, and checks already completed. Do not send an isolated screenshot without context.

Subject
Order number, device name, node
Symptom
Timeout, connection refused, credential failure, or session interruption
Time
Time of occurrence and local time zone
Reproduction
Steps from the normal state to the error
Billing and privacy

Identify the exact items to verify

For billing issues, include the order number, configuration, rental period, SSD add-ons, and Thunderbolt 5 cluster count. For privacy requests, specify the scope of access, correction, deletion, or processing restriction.

Billing
Base rental period, add-ons, and payment status
Identity

Payment guidance

Quotes and invoices are always in USD

RentMini offers two payment methods. The available gateway is confirmed at checkout, and the support team will never ask you to send complete payment credentials by email.

PAY / 01

USDT-TRC20

Orders are priced in USD. Before paying, verify the order amount, network type, and checkout information. Do not send wallet keys or recovery codes to the support team.

PAY / 02

Visa / Mastercard / Amex

Card payments are processed by Stripe and settled in USD. For a billing check, provide only the order number, amount, and payment status—not the full card number or security code.

What to include in a payment inquiry

Include the order number, selected configuration, rental period, node, add-ons, and amount to verify. Do not expose complete payment credentials in the email or screenshots.

Self-service and human support

Check order status first; run basic checks for connection issues

Use the console to view order, device, and node information and submit a ticket from a specific order. The connection guide helps verify the address, port, host fingerprint, graphical remote access settings, and file transfer path.

Sign in to the console to check status and submit a ticket

For users who have already placed an order. Open the relevant order first, confirm the configuration, node, and device status, then submit a contextual support request.

Open the console

Troubleshoot step by step for your connection method

For SSH, graphical remote access, file transfer, and automated tasks. The guide covers first-connection checks, port forwarding, keyboard mapping, and session exit checks.

The response target refers to the first human confirmation, not the final resolution of complex issues. Complete information directly improves troubleshooting efficiency.
